Terms of Service – Alpha Brands Consulting

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Alpha Brands Consulting (“ABC”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
ABC offers business consulting, brand strategy, market positioning, licensing support, and related services. All services are provided according to the scope agreed upon with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information as needed for ABC to deliver services effectively. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and decisions based on ABC guidance.

4. Payment and Fees
All fees for consulting services will be outlined in a proposal or agreement. Payments must be made as agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Confidentiality
ABC respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared will be handled securely and will not be disclosed without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
ABC provides professional guidance and recommendations, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. ABC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and content created by ABC remain the intellectual property of ABC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use materials provided for their internal business purposes only.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable.

9. Changes to Terms
ABC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
